1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. When you connect your Disney account, we access your park reservation and Lightning Lane data to provide our services.

We also collect device information, usage analytics, and push notification tokens to deliver and improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the app, including checking Lightning Lane availability, managing your party, and sending notifications about bookings and improvements.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services and understand usage patterns. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Disney Account Connection

LaneSkip connects to your Disney account through Disney's Friends and Family system. When you connect, you accept a friend request from our service account within the My Disney Experience app. We do not store your Disney login credentials or authentication tokens.

Once connected as friends, we can view your party members and manage Lightning Lane bookings on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time by removing LaneSkip from your Friends list in the My Disney Experience app or through our Settings page.

4. No Affiliation with Disney

LaneSkip is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All Disney-related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. We use Firebase Authentication for account management and secure API communications for all data transfers.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Push Notifications

We send push notifications for booking confirmations, ride improvements, and status updates. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Firebase (authentication & analytics), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Expo (app delivery). These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
