1. No Affiliation with Disney

LaneSkip is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All Disney-related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Description of Service

Our app provides Lightning Lane scanning and booking at Disney theme parks. The service checks availability based on rules you configure and attempts to make bookings on your behalf.

We do not guarantee that any particular Lightning Lane reservation will be secured. Availability is subject to Disney's systems and policies, which are outside of our control.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

5. Disney Account Connection

To use our booking features, you must connect your Disney account by accepting a friend request from our service within the My Disney Experience app. We do not store your Disney login credentials or authentication tokens. By connecting, you authorize us to view your party members and manage Lightning Lane bookings on your behalf according to the rules you configure.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your Disney account is in good standing. We are not responsible for any actions Disney may take regarding your account. You may disconnect at any time by removing LaneSkip from your Friends list in My Disney Experience.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. If the service fails to perform as described due to an issue on our end, please contact support.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the app, using the service for any unlawful purpose, sharing your account with others, or interfering with the operation of the service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including changes to Disney's systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including missed bookings, lost reservations, or any impact to your Disney account.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to the service or other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app.
