Can't connect your account?
Make sure your name matches exactly as it appears in My Disney Experience. Check for extra spaces or middle names.

How scanning works →Need a refund?
Refunds are processed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings > Your Name > Purchase History to request.

Account Deletion
To delete your LaneSkip account and all associated data, email us at support@laneskip.com with the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 30 days.
